Active Participation should be prioritised next season for the FA CUP as mooted by the OGs.

There is no fun having a H2H league without banter.

We will need to go back to when we have managers drop press release to yab their opponents just to add spice to it

So basically, many of them just come to collect code, then dissappear...leaving this place dry, where only about 5 to 7 active players are bantering.

True. That is what makes it an interesting game.

We might also not know who the main league winner is. We need to find ways and means of the regulars not feeling we are gaming with bots.

We might also need another Classic League strictly for active members here to increase the engagements and the banters.

We cant contribute to the fun of this place, take all the insults and get relegated, while outsiders come in and sneak a slot..then abandon the thread after getting codes.

Next season should be very strict. You are either fully in or you are not in the selection. You should look for 3 absentees and relegate.

Our regular presence here should earn us 10points each.

Attendance should count, my guy.

Which fun have you been contributing to?
You're not an active member of this group and If your level of participation is the standard for being active then the bottom 4 (you and other three) must definitely relegate.

Thought we all agreed top four of the Carling Cup get promoted to the FA Cup and bottom four get relegated.

*Any of the relegated bottom four of the FA Cup can retain their place if they meet the criteria of active participation at the expense of any team in next season FA Cup who don't.

What Admin should do is share out the FA CUP codes next season in order of ranking which shouldn't be too difficult since OGs know themselves.

* The active ones in the top 16 in the FA Cup and the promoted teams take priority.
* And if any top 16 is found lacking in participation criteria, the slots are shared amongst the relegated bottom four in the priory list (17th >18th>19th>20th)


This shouldn't be too hard to enforce and build on as the standard for subsequent seasons.
We should have coefficients rules of qualification.
