Like I help people post car, but this days when I see people requesting for additional fee claiming settlement baffles me..😡..then around 2018, if we are posting someone's car for sell their is always agreement and d last price d owner is putting out d car, for instance if d owner is selling 2m I will inform him that their is always marketing fee, like paying for advert on Jiji, data and stuff..so I will agreed with d seller that d car will b sold 2.1m which after successful deal, he go with his 2m and gave me my 100k..and nothing like posting a car and saying settlement from buyers end..for what?? What is d relevance of someone dat only posted d car and requested for huge amount as settlement??.even if d seller need buyer urgent and his ready to accept lesser than 2.1m then he will be ready to settle me from d money d later settled with..if he collect 2m he knows at least he will settle me inside d 2m or wait till I bring another buyer..but greediness has taken over our people now ..

I can never pay a dime to someone for settlement on something I want to buy with my hard earn money...if you need settlement talk to the person that owns the property..he is in d right position to settle you..but telling me to pay you extra money for posting like are you crazy?? ,can't you go out their and hustle to know how easy it is to gather money to get a car..

But It's easy , Simply Inform the Owner of the Car , Oga , You are selling it for 52 Million Last .. I will bring a Buyer , Any Buyer I bring , Tell Him 52.5 Million Last ... Simple , the Owner Simply Settles you with 500k ..Even though it's 50 People You are sharing the 500k with ,You use this Method .

It Looks Awkward Telling a Buyer After he must have Paid for what he needs to Buy for 52 M then Separately He would now settle U 500k.For What ? He would say , Forget say na you Advertise this , Remember Naija Mentality they always believe Owner would settle You .

Even if there are 10 people go and get your settlement from the person selling the car not the buyer...I know some of you are trying to apply the same analogy with renting apartments but its different to buying cars...If you drive round the city you will see lots of car stands where anyone can just walk in and pay for any car he chooses....so unless you are a good mechanic or car inspector the buyer has no obligation giving you any money your business is with the seller.
