They usually get the funds, put them in an account hoping to get some interests before paying...How can you claim you pay and then followed up for a receipt? He should be fired immediately for being an idiot.

I honestly believe you don't know how this thing work when it comes to government issuing receipt for payment

For example

2months ago I needed to pay 100,000 vis remitta for abuja environmental , the code on remitta is different from the code Abuja environment give me, after several trial, I was told to come over to their office to make the payment in which I did.

Can you believe that till date I am yet to yet receipt? It's always one story or another each time I call or visit their office.

2 years ago, I needed to pay an amount for ground rent in a state close to abuja.

The remitta code wasn't going through for weeks and I called the office, I was told to come over to the office to make the payment THAT THEY DONT ALLOW PAYMENT VIA REMITTA

It's not the first time that I'm hearing about the difficulty of collecting treasury receipts on FG payments. Like you think, it should be automatic as is done with LASG payments. It seems the FG process isn't that straightforward.
