Anambra and Abia states suppose to be generating more than they are currently doing.

Add all the states vat generated combined, its not up to lagos, na wa o,I see why they left enugu,abia and anambra and base in lagos

Why is a state like Anambra state's VAT usually at middle position despite the presence of big companies there?
