what is the work that the SEDC has commenced that tinubu is satisfied with its progress?

Southeast begged for a commission to rebuild a region that was destroyed by Nigeria. Nigeria decided to establish a commission in every region. Net-net, Southeast is still lacking a special attention.

Did Biafran Army not invade SS communities and commit human atrocities too?. There is no attention SE is lacking, there are federal presence in the SE. After the civil war, Ibos have been vice president, senate Presidents, SGF, powerful Ministers, etc. The most neglected region is the NC.
