Mr. Sunday Dare has encapsulated Mr. Tinubu's achievements in a few lines. However, if I am to write about the things he destroyed, that will be a 300-page book. ![]() |

Recovery or Retrogression? Imagine all these political jobbers and foot soldiers. What is their own definition of Recovery? Cement from mere $3700 to #9k. Even without subsidy, petrol is not supposed to be more than #600. The people are the ones who are supposed to praise him for any positive reforms, not his cronies. Any Reforms not felt by the people are useless and negative reforms. Nothing concerns the people with paying of IMF debt(the only positive thing in this regime if not borrowed again oo) |

Economic reform that brings extreme hunger to the people will end up increasing government revenues and impoverishing the masses. Then in the end, the president will boast of increments in government revenues during his tenure and the masses will wail for the severe or acute impoverishment of their lives. Now as a neutral judge, will you judge the government okay? I like the fact that there are records for everything worldwide. Therefore if the government is boasting of increasing revenues, the independent statistic collectors will make known the increasing population of the masses who are plunged into extreme poverty during this tenure. Bring it on, we are watching. |

From wicked and draconian policies disguised as reforms to rampant hunger, strife, starvation, and escalating insecurity.... this is not recovery; it's collapse. |

Only with the Mercy of God will people like Sunday Dare and some APC supporters make heaven.I recently supported one Die hard APC supporter with some funds to pay his rent and yet he posted on our Old school forum boasting and praising Tinubu for many Pseudo economic reforms just few days ago. I wanted to openly ridicule him on the WhatsApp forum 2 days ago but my Church mind pulled me back. This is someone that is always discreetly begging many people on the forum for money to take care of himself and family ooo |

geoworldedu:Good thing is that we have a Lagos example. Revenue grew by way over 10x, did hunger also grow? Same you will agree with Lagos GDP growth since 1999, is the growth govt's or is it by spirits? Ultra millionaires created along Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki are hungry? Those areas were liberated for productivity coz of govt revenue. Roll up your sleeves and apply yourself coz these reforms will boost revenue and in effect boost productivity. It's up to you which tale you want to tell by 2031. |

The usual nonsense. Long on vague generalizations, short on specific results. The central bank's lending rate is about 27%. By the time commercial banks throw in their own overheads, spreads etc. we are talking of commercial lending rates of up to 35%. If Wazobia and Sons Limited is borrowing from banks at 35%, how can inflation ever be brought under control? Sunday Dare (like all the other members of his Whatsapp Group) has not addressed the elephant in the room: what exactly is this administration doing to get inflation under control? What? Is this administration on track to record a budget surplus or a balanced budget? Or there will be another record breaking budget deficit to be financed by borrowing that will put additional pressure on the fundamentals? ![]() Is this administration on track to ensure energy security (ending fuel imports once and for all) while preventing monopoly or cartel activity? What is the update on other private refineries? Propaganda has its limits. |
