Why should the state suffer for the stupidity and lawlessness of its governor ? He could have been sued then but immunity shielded him. Let the courts garneshee his accounts. Let wereys like him suffer personally for their abuse of power.

They did to him what he did to others as governor, power is transient. Immunity is not permanent. He must pay for his crimes.

Because the state AG was supposed to have never dragged them to court and the state judiciary should have ordered their release.


You can see that all parties involved in the arrests and unlawful detention were jointly sued and finally fined by the court.

The Police that effected their arrests the ex governor who gave the order and the state AG that took them to court

Remember, he was paid to ACT well as executive Governor. Since he breached the contract of his service, the court was right for punishing him.
