If exam malpractice earns you 3 years in prison , electoral malpractice should be 30 years

Even though i don't support cheating in Exams, any student caught cheating too should also be able to keep appealing till the suppreme court strike case out. We joke alot in this country.

What of electoral malpractice and vote buying?

This is long overdue,we can't continue to churn out examination fraudsters every year and believe our institutions will perform as expected, never it is what we sow we will reap.

I know some haters of this country will not see any good things in this directive.
