What is really wrong with some Nigerian Universities? WHY DO PRACTICE THIS sort of ancient form of recruitment in 2025!!! Can't they just use an online portal for all this, or they don't have internet in Delta state

I thought someone above said slot candidates documented last week
and scheduled next week for induction …

I don’t think they have finished calling EH. Even by next week, some will still get mails. if you are using connect or paid for a slot, I think you should relax. If you don’t hear anything in the next two weeks, you know there is a problem.

Is the FiRS worth it?

FIRS GT makes about 500k basic, by the time you factor in the allowances, it should surpass your 650k monthly in the bank... assuming there's no allowance attached to the bank job. Why haven't you resigned before accepting FIRS offer though? I hope you don't run into problems later when FIRS embarks on their verification exercise as regards certificates and probably last employer.

At the 650k, all allowances have been factored in
But I just don't want to make hasty decisions, hence why I am asking
Also, offer letter has not been given, but we have induction next week...

I think FIRS EH and customs application was done within thesame time frame, it begs to wonder why customs has rather chosen to delay theirs
