Maybe you were asleep when Osibanjo raised heavy concerns about the rising number of out of school children in Nigeria during Buhari's tenure.

Finally, Nigeria as a country is most unlucky, and that may be what is bedeviling most African countries too. Ideally, we have been ruled roughly less than 8 years with only 2 educated presidents arguably since independence, and that is late Yaradua and Jonathan.

But it is definitely worse to elect someone with no foresight or willpower to rule effectively whether educated or not, worse of all to elect two different old incompetent illiterates back to back into power to lead Nigeria for over 10 years now and running. May God help us.

This shows that a country does not all her need citizens to be graduates to develop.

If Mainland China has only 6.9% of graduates yet it is able to produce it's advanced technology, then Nigeria has no excuse.

Let our politicial leaders provide the necessary environment for the creativity of young Nigeriand to flourish

That has a lot do with the mindset of the average American,they believe the world begins and ends with the USA .
Even if they were taught,they choose not to imbibe.

The country with the highest number of out of school children and poverty capital of the world, cannot make such list because they prefer to elect or select convicted and allegedly fraudulent individuals into leadership positions!

It has never been as evident as it is in this regime!

India has 139.4M graduates, but still rank among the list. If population can always be tranformed to power, no nation will be able to look at India anyhow.

U nor dey hear 12m out-of-school children. There are more children out of school than in school.

But the report is about percentage of the population with a bachelor's degree or higher. Nigeria definitely has more than 6% as reported for mainland China which is featured. They probably show focussed group and not necessarily ranked in terms of percentage.

This is exactly how our forefathers were enslaved — and sadly, nothing seems to be changing with the new generation. Believing in this handwritten chart, crafted by the West to sustain their dominance and superiority.
I see many of you agreeing with this chart, and frankly, I’m not surprised. What we truly need is greater investment in elevating our collective IQ and critical thinking.
