No fewer than sixty terrorists causing mayhems in the northern part of Nigeria have been neutralized by the troops of Operation Hadin Kai of the Nigerian Army.

The Army Headquarters disclosed this in a terse statement on its Facebook page on Friday.
The land and air operation, according to the post, took place in Bita, Borno State early hours of Friday, May 30.

The post reads, “In a decisive and coordinated operation, gallant troops of Operation Hadin Kai launched a simultaneous land and air assault on terrorist positions in Bita, Borno State, in the early hours of today.

“The intense battle resulted in the neutralization of at least 60 terrorists”.

DAILY POST reports that several insurgents terrorizing the North-East have been killed by the military in the last few days.

Earlier this week, Dozens of Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province, ISWAP, terrorists were killed by the troops in New Marte, Marte local government area of Borno State.
During the encounter, unfortunately, two soldiers paid the supreme price.

News like this fill my heart with joy...military stops terror attack, military neutralize scores of terrorist , military recaptures territories from terrorist groups....Please more good news, we deserve some sort of good news in this country.

Every week after reports of terrorist attack the army releases a statement stating so so number of troops were killed.
I am asking how many are these insurgents that the army kills hundreds in a single operation, yet the next week or month, another hundred are killed?
I just feel the army or defence hierachy is just feeding the president figures of killed insurgents to give impression they are working and keep their jobs.
The other day it was one clownish report of insurgents attacking an army base,15 of them were killed,yet their comrades were still able to evacuate the corpses,on motor bikes!

After series of Nigeria service men and civilians get killed, the FG will tell the military to release a statement of killing n amount of terrorists. This pattern has been stale since 2015

Even if they are blurred put them out there, all these audio killing by the military is not helping anyone

Boko haram records their attacks on military camps and post it online, it's a psychological warfare, the Nigerian military seems not to understand that posting evidence of Triumph against bandits and boko haram goes a long way to assure Nigerians that they are still in the game.

You claim you kill 60 terrorists but added a stock image of military guys from Google taken in maybe 2012, without posting the actual dead terrorists is a cheap propaganda, they military should fix up.
