Exactly man. The way he chop Lagos money and all tribes are running away from the state. Even Lagos state is among the poor performing states in Nigeria. Anambla is doing well than Ragos my brother. Even Delta, Bayelsa with allocations and oil derivations beat Lagos hands down.
