salary: 1m to 2.5m
Work environment is Ok... Sterling is an indigenous oil company. One of the few where job security is assured just like IOCs.
Work/Life balance - I dnt know

Promotion - I dnt know

Overall: working at sterling will get a rating of 4/5 from me. SO, GO FOR IT!!!

I've had some business dealings with SEEPCO in Lagos, they're doing well.

I believe their employees will also be treated well.

NUPENG or PENGASAN had to lock their office cos of extortion of Nigerians few months ago, for having over 11,000 indian bosses over Nigerian workers.

You didn't ask for the role the guy is applying for, or the location etc.

I was told the location is at Delta or Imo.

Good one. I got the offer. The pay is within the stated amount. I am still negotiating sha because I have all the required experience. As a Coren and NSE member, I should earn better than that though..
