A jewish american student was failing badly at Maths. The worried parents tried everything...tutors, books, extra lessons, etc...even changed schools...nothing worked. Then someone suggested they try the catholic school. So they duly enrolled their son...and his maths improved!

When it comes to Marist, their results have always been so good before the advent of Otti.

I hope to be able to afford to send my kids there, or somewhere better.

Some people brought their ethnic agenda to JAMB against Igbos, then tried to cover it up with crocodile tears

Ndigbo and education,you can not take it away from them.The standard of primary and secondary school education in the east is next to none,the missionary schools especially
Catholic and Anglican schools still maintain a standard higher than what is obtainable in most parts of Nigeria,left for some of the private schools you may have to pay millions in other regions,which may only be comparable to these missionary schools in the East. You will hardly get educational standard at the same levels with these missionary schools.
At this rate,I fear we may need more than 50 more universities and other higher institutions all over Nigeria in the next 10yrs to be able to take these brilliant students graduating from Eastern secondary schools.

South East has been leading in education and business per capita in Nigeria no doubt about that.
South West leads in media and the corporate/banking sector while the North leads in Agriculture and politics. If only we will accept this facts and harness our strengths.
Fix the Igbo man in the Education and Economy sector, fix the Yoruba man in the media and corporate communications sector and fix the Hausa/Fulani man in the Security/Agricultural sector and watch Nigeria transform over night.
