I was able to share 5 times last month,afterwards I was not allowed,thinking it has been reduced to 5 times,
Now it's a new month,I still can't share,
Anyone experiencing this?

It depends on the data plan. Smart data owners cannot share data

You can only share 200gb out 1000gb

I think the issue is I have shared more than 20% of my current plan

It just a useless clause.
