Banks charge their customers to wish them Happy Birthdays. That's a greedy enterprise.

USSD is still very,very relevant.
You can run out of data at anytime and without ussd you will not be able to buy data or conduct any financial transaction.
So,yes, it's a relevant and innovative tool to have

It's not nice at all. It simply means that you can't do transactions if you have no enough airtime on your phone. This is not right.

There should be notifications via both app and text. App notifications are free and convenient for both the bank and customers. By default, all customers should receive app alerts, with the option to enable or disable text notifications based on their preference

I use USSD even with the fact that I have phone with app. Sometimes you don't have time and just want to go the shortest route possible.

Kuda wey go send money but u won't see it even when d money has bin removed from that Kuda account
