Akin Olaoye aka Akin Tollgate is a chieftain of the Obidient Movement. Akin Olaoye @akintollgate The biggest mistake post 2023 was some loud mouths in the Obidients camp alienating a voting bloc in the SW with toxic rhetoric that fought the APC machinery. Many exploited reckless commentary for engagements not realizing the long term effects. Support in the SW has dissipatedhttps://x.com/akintollgate/status/1930225373825888488?t=6bH7w-2bTevKnU1s6Mi1ig&s=19 Dotun of Dublin @dajabulani Well, you are right.https://x.com/dajabulani/status/1930265749555200314?t=azgDu-vTFY0YI0c5xQD9tg&s=19 Akin Olaoye @akintollgate Seeing many groups go offline in the past 1 year has been disheartening. The comment section only further proves the point I am trying to make.Dotun of Dublin @dajabulani Reality doesn't care about emotions; majority are too young and don't really understand the game of politics, it's absurd.

Sammy❤️ @SamuelEssang4 The SW shift isn’t just about Obidients’ rhetoric,https://x.com/SamuelEssang4/status/1930227699705925822?t=KDEQ9-EbXbRK4v6tTZBAKg&s=19 Akin Olaoye @akintollgate False! LP gained traction in Lagos because people who matter in the grand scheme of local politics gave it oxygen to thrive. Don’t get it twisted!Trix @Trixtian_ Those same set are now alienating the voting block in the north central with rhetorics i don't even understand. Sometimes I'm shocked how people destroy their own support base with their own hands. Its ridiculous.Akin Olaoye @akintollgate It needs to be studied! I think the sudden fame a few of them enjoyed with high engagement from toxic commentary fueled this behavior greatly!Trix @Trixtian_ Its very sad. And there are people who genuinely want success but this loud few are becoming the reference point for the movement to onlookers. |

after4:it's obvious u only use nairaland, go to twitter n see things for yourself With comments I am seeing here, it's crystal clear many people supporting obi here don't even use Twitter, they really don't know all the labour party social media giant. Imagine someone like gandollar n co calling akin toll gate an impostor? The same guy that is always actively supporting obi on twitter n even mobilised well for him in the last election. I pray some Yoruba buts don't learn the hard way, the day u say something they ain't comfortable with is the day they will call u names |

Yes na. If is a mole. Complain is compulsory. Is he hypocritical, betrayal is imminent but am not sure he's hypocritical in genealogy. Please see him a human that is entitled to his opinion. |

It's so so bad and it's a serious cyber bullying going on out there. I replied to a guy that posted a video saying the 30km coastal road commissioned is actually less than 30km. In my words 'somd people have visited it and commended the government ' but one ANIMAL replied by calling me names. I was shocked when others started abusing me so I decided to take down my comment. Is this what media is meant to achieve just because we wanted a particular person to become the president? How would I and others believe that such presidential aspirant meant well for the people? It's looking like a nationwide cultism and scary. |

Lol. The people causing disaffection in the Obedient movement against SW are mostly some Ronu people who create fake X handles with Igbo names and berate the South Westerners. We know their antics. |
