Why would you need drug for something normal? It's normal to have wet dreams because of no sexual encounter especially if you were active before. Your body has a goal which is to create offspring. Women go through periods to prepare their body for offspring. Everything is normal.

For abstaining from sex and going through wet dreams, bear it. Try to take your mind away from sexual related thoughts. Condition your mind with something else before sleeping and also change your sleeping posture if you suspect that's the problem. In regards to the swollen scrotum;

1. Is it painful?
2. Is it sagging or shrunken?
3. What's the feeling when you palpate it?
4. Have you tried to do self examination of the scrotum to feel every part of it like the testicles, epididymis, spermatic cord to check if there is any problem?
5. What kind of boxers or pant do you wear? Did you change some recently?

Lots of questions that demand answers and possible physical examination by urologist
