building for immediate resell is a gold mine and a worthy investment .

building for residency is ok .. its a legacy but not sure if its an investment .

building for commercial it s not a good investment plan and it also depends on the location

its good to buy a land but never buy land with all your money, its not every land thats worth buying as some will not increase in value even in 10yrs time
