How can you say lands don't increase in value!

Thats absurd!
lemoma:
its good to buy a land but never buy land with all your money, its not every land thats worth buying as some will not increase in value even in 10yrs time

80percent in life, a man is usually behind a woman's success!

The honest bitter truth.
pocohantas:

Don't buy bush land, (Maybe for farming) though there is no land without bush.
You can't buy a land in Okitipupa jungle and jubilate.
Check the area very well
1: How far is the land you want to buy from the main town, how is the trend of development tilting?
Don't take Lagos, Abuja Port Harcourt as a yard stick, these cities can turn a land from a mere thousands to Millions, in a some short years.

Be wary of Land developers and their agents which their primary focus lies in agents fee.
Buy land if you must, buy land with an address, land is not liquid just to say when I want cash I resell.
My opinions may be wrong.

Life is funny

One day if you live long enough the problem will not be buying the land but whose name to write in your will for that same land

Life has two sides

Buying land is good but it is just another bus stop on the journey

Does your gf own a land?
Does your mother own a land?

A simple YES or NO would do here.

80% is quite a large sample size. Meaning 8 out of 10. 80 out of 100. There is no way his female loved ones won't make the cut.

is that your house? I love the exterior finishing. Are you a builder?

Derbbeahhomes:
When I Bought My First Land, I Almost Cried.
No be say the land fine pass. Na bush. But it had my name on the paper.
I remembered all the insults.
“You never even buy phone, you dey talk land.”
The people that mocked me for being too serious.
The nights I saved 500 naira like say I dey save millions.
But I bought it. Small bush. Small hope. Big future.
If you're saving for land, or you're trying to build — don't stop.
One day you go hold your paper and smile. Or cry. But it will be worth it.

like due to damage of previous ones, or the need to buy latest clearer camera
joromii:
To buy land these days dey scare me. Also a cinematographer. Saving for land is very hectic. You're planning this money to get two plots before you know it, there's a lens or a light or something you gotta buy. Filmmaking gears are endless.
