Our client a major player in the Real Estate & Subsidiaries is in need of a Senior Sales Executive/ Acquisition Manager with a strong senior sales background and sales records.

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive/Acquisition Manager
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Type: Hybrid (Mondays & Fridays)
Salary: N180,000
Other Benefits: Commission, Transport Allowance with Airtime, Avenue to earn extra income from Negotiation deals
Job Type: full time
Resumption: Immediately

Job Overview:
The Acquisition Manager is a professional who identifies and secures new business opportunities, often involving the acquisition of other companies, assets, or customers to drive growth and expansion. They analyze market trends, negotiate deals, and ensure successful integration and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying Acquisition Targets:
Acquisition Managers research and identify potential acquisition targets, analyzing their financial health, market position, and potential synergies with their company.
• Due Diligence:
They conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisition targets, evaluating their financial, legal, and operational aspects.
• Negotiation:
Acquisition Managers negotiate the terms of acquisition agreements, including price, structure, and timelines.
• Integration:
They play a role in integrating acquired assets, businesses, or customers into the company's existing operations, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Strategic Planning:
They contribute to the company's strategic planning by identifying and prioritizing potential acquisition opportunities.
• Market Analysis:
They stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Relationship Building:
They build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential acquisition partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Financial Analysis:
They analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to assess the value of potential acquisitions.
• Talent Acquisition:
In some cases, they may also be involved in recruiting and hiring talent to support the acquisition process.

Qualification:
• HND/BSc in any discipline, with 2 – 3 Years Experience as a Senior Sales Executive,
• Experience in Real Estate is an added advantage.
