The refinery that almost turned Dangote into a skit maker. The man is resolute though. I'll give him that.
Sir, you have a bad mouth. He made it, and I learnt something from that. Do not give up, no matter what everyone says. Sometimes, they are running from it, not because it is bad, but because they do not understand it. And every Nigerian should emulate that. Imagine we marry the Dangote systems with the Igbo apprentiship model?

Nigeria will be churning out jobs. Don't you think so?

Power of the vision of Asiwaju Tinubu that a refinery will once be built in our Lagos city.

Every Dangote out there needs a destiny helper like Asiwaju Tinubu, GCFR.

Invest in Lagos today.

Congratulations to Alhaji Aliko Dangote, GCON, once again.

May God continue to bless Nigeria for ever!

The people still importing petrol are the corrupt petroleum dealers who insist they must import in other to bring back subsidy. With local production and self sufficiency, subsidy is buried for over. Thats what they don’t want.
Federal government, Dangote and NNPCL can force them out of the market by utilising government policy and capacity to ensure NNPCL prices to Nigerians are below international market rates, so the importers will have no incentive to engage in the business.

Stop using style to remind us that ebilokan is a cluelessly corrupt man who is incapable of doing anything he says.

Two years after hitting the ground running, the korofo chochocho balablu wailer has failed to crash petrol price below what it cost us in January 2023!
Gibberish, quote me with sense and objectivity.

Westerners will not agree..

They are the most reason for the wrong things we face here..
We are a sovereign nation, stop bringing westerners into this, buttress your point...I think if there is federal government will and NNPCL cooperating with Dangote rather than competing with it, will help prices reduce for Nigerians and force importers out of the market.

Mimiko's greed made Ondo State lose the opportunity to host Dangote Refinery for ulterior gains.
Tinubu is by far more visional than most of Nigeria politicians.

Tinubu NNPCL and Dangote should work together to end importation of fuel by being able to sell fuel very cheap for Nigerians, use capacity.
It is already one of the cheapest in the world

Oga stop being mischievous, Tinubu had no vision of refinery, or blueprint for a refinery ... the trade free zone was open to All that come

lets just say is preparation met opportunity when he realize Dangote needed a place to build the infrastructure

No cos our people were decieved by enemies of the country when Obasanjo sold 50% of it to Dangote and Otedola back by condemning the sales and they said they have the financial and technical know out to turn around the refineries. Many years down the line, no Niger delta was able to buy as promised then. The so called leaders led by the late Edwin Clark couldn't find Niger delta indigene to buy and fix it. Dangote and co should not go there at all.
Good talk so that some our oyel folks, who are not even related to Niger Delta, will not wail and commit mass suicide over the matter.

But at least he had a foresight to prepare a place like Lekki free trade zone.
What if he didn't prepare?.
Dangote was in Ondo state begging that numbskull Mimiko, who was making useless demands, Tinubu got wind of it and make the move, to bring Dangote refinery to Lagos.
Kudos to Tinubu, he's a visionary, he understands the positive impacts of the refinery on Lagos economy.

We have crude oil, all nations with crude or valuable natural resources give their citizens subsidies and welfare packages. I think it's still expensive. FG should be smart to go into discussion with Dangote, be it tax concession or any other concession, like leveraging on our shares in NNPCL to ensure crude is sold cheaper to Dangote, for lower costs for Nigerian consumers.

In Nigeria we pay income taxes, VAT like everywhere else, what other taxes are they paying in other countries?

You are a fuel consumer, you are not in government, a governor or oil producer, your interest should be buying fuel at an affordable rate, not supporting Dangote or government who are living large off us consumers and citizens.
