You expect the courts that sentenced to death a man who defended himself against killer herdman to be fair in judgement?
Nah our leadership and institutions are lazy... Dragging then all the way to supreme Court is enough Victory because they would have to work and they hate that

Hope they have concrete evidence to prove in court that she is indeed aiding the sale of fake drugs?
She is an accomplice already. She knew fake drugs are being produced and sold by her fellow but didn't report. That alone nailed her

The issue of the market closure in Anambra state could have been resolved early had the traders in the market also cooperate with the NAFDAC by exposing your those who are into fake drugs which are known to the same traders.

As long as they continue shielding those that are into fake products, the NAFDAC shoo sealing might affect the innocent ones too
Ordinary Citizens with zero protections have no obligation to assist Government agencies in investigation nor to rat criminals out.

The Government agencies have the necessary tools to investigate and bring to justice those who are violating the laws of the land.

Ordinary citizens lives in the same community among these criminals unprotected, the case is that these criminals are released back into the community after paying bribes to these Government agencies, where those who may have rat them out would be living in fears unprotected by the Government.

Hence it is better to mind your own business and look away.

How sure are you that NAFDAC took any of her wares? NAFDAC can't just enter her shop and start taking away stuff that ain't drugs!

The whole thing might just be a set up. The lady in question is being used by the fake drugs dealers to get back at NAFDAC for carrying out their lawful duties, but I trust NAFDAC to put them in their places by soundly defeating them in court.

This case underscores why many of us have been clamoring for an exclusive coordinated pharmaceutical wholesale markets so we can avoid scenarios like this where supposedly dealers in other wares serve as shields for merchants of death who deal on fake and banned drugs!

NAFDAC, PCN and government must expedite actions to ensure that the coordinated wholesale centers are completed soon and the dealers relocated there. That market must be exclusively for pharmaceuticals and no other business should be allowed there!
Natural justice is greater professional es pirit de corp.

You are not the only Pharmacist on NL. Even the lady in question might have a Pharmacist in her family.

My brother deals on tools in that market and his shop and warehouse has been under lock since that day… this is how we have been contributing money for them ever since. I just sent 50k to the family now. The Nigerian government and its agencies are seriously radicalizing the Igbos.
This is bad and and painful.
Why lock up shops in the tools line that have no relationships with Pharmaceutical line.

Those selling items unrelated to drugs should sue NAFDAC immediately..

..the issue with nafdac..is that the head of the agency was appointed by a fraudulent certificate holder..who employs stipend grabbers to write rubbish & push useless propaganda on his behalf..

..this could have been resolved if stipend snatchers hadn't cooperated to snatch stipends from a bullion van fraud..to chant his failure & incompetence on social media.. grin

..as long as stipend snatchers continue grabbing stipends from an irreparable damage fraud..the hopeless chant of "it will favour me & my family" will remain a mirage..

grin grin grin
Not surprised that this rubbish is coming from u.

Why haven't Yorubas cooperate with security and point out those mining skulls in yoruba Land?
This we helped prevent more killing in south west.

You always find a way to support and defend illegalities and injustice once it's about igbos.
