Ebilokan is the one running away from the truth so he can stay in power in perpetuity to escalate APC shege of worsening insecurity from a terrible economy of extreme poverty, unemployment, underemployment, inflation, corruption etc.

May Day: Hunger, unemployment, insecurity real— Tinubu

According to him: “The theme demands our collective attention and serves as a stark reminder of the need to create an environment where every worker feels safe, valued, and empowered to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our nation. As your President, I assure you that this administration is committed to creating such an environment for the common good.”

On the economic hardship, he noted that while it is a global phenomenon, its effects on Nigerians are particularly severe.

Tinubu said: “I am aware of the peculiarities of the economic hardship Nigerians face—rising living costs, hunger, insecurity, unemployment, and the loss of livelihoods. These challenges are real and demand definitive solutions, which I am poised to address as your President.

How many more lives must be lost before President Tinubu takes decisive action to address the deteriorating security situation in Benue State?

What is preventing the President from declaring a state of emergency in Benue, given the persistent attacks and widespread unrest, killings and instability in the state?

It is deeply concerning that a state of emergency was swiftly declared in Rivers State despite its relatively peaceful status while Benue continues to suffer frequent attacks by armedmen, non state actors overrunning towns and villages. These assaults have resulted in significant loss of life, destruction of property, and the displacement of thousands of residents.

Most recently, the Benue State Emergency Management Agency (BSEMA) announced the registration of an additional 18,592 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), highlighting the scale of the crisis. This is no longer a localized conflict, it is a humanitarian emergency, A tragedy

This governor’s statement underscores the fact that the state government is overwhelmed. A prompt and decisive federal intervention through the declaration of a state of emergency, may now be the only viable step to restore peace and safeguard the lives and property of Benue's citizens.
I laugh

Something is telling me tht this people tht are being killed is more or less based on sacrifices pledged by our leaders .....the blood keep them going so ...they hv people killed for their survival.......if not wat do u hv to say about a country where the leadership is aware of the incessant killings but hardly respond....this killing of people are not coincidence I strongly feel is something spiritually monumental to serve a purpose for something.......

I have said it that the killings in Benue and NC in general are mostly reprisal attacks.

Are the people involved waiting for one president to come and help them settle their long time dispute?

There is no superiority point in killing each other

Let's be honest and plain.
Islamic jihadist are responsible. You can call them hunters, fulani, boko haram, herdsmen.
It's an agenda that needs to be killed.
You have Sense 👍.
See what a Benue Man -was saying to some People recently ' the Problem in Benue is caused by the Big Men---who are Buying the Cows from the Fulani from Young - till theAnimals becomes- Big and they pay them heavy -Amounts of Money -to ensure the growth and maturity of the Cow/Animals and they do this by ,Providing them with guns, etc for Protection,as they check in these Headsmen on timely basis '
•The question is- why Must the Fulani be rearing their Animals in Another Man's State or Farms?
In Europe 🌍 and America,Canada- you rear your Animals in your Shop/ Domain- by providing them Food and Water-in your Shop-afterall,these Fulani don't even eat these Animals - they asked Other Nigerians to Buy from them:
- For Nigerians can and Should Suspend Buying and Eating the Cows,so that we have Peace in Jos Plateau and Benue States!
-For in India,Cows Are Worshipped -and they are Not Killed and Forbidden in its Eating-so why should Nigerians be dying - through the Fulanis gun- under pretence they are Moving their Animals Around?
-So,let Fulani Keeps their Cows🐄 or Animals in their Domain and let Peace reigns in NIGERIAN STATES.
-Their Moving the Animals Around is the Cause of all the Killings and they Should Stop it Now and those Supporting these dastardly act should know better!

You are quite right, declare state of emergency then put things right by eliminating or arresting the non state actors then restore democratic institutions after laying lasting security frameworks....its because the Governor is an important nexus in APC....

who cares about the population of ibadan. The last time the igbos gave him run for his rigging in lagos. It is Tinubu/apc that is responsible for all the killings for political gain

Mention their names with concrete evidence or forever keep quiet.

When Ortom was battling with the same insecurity issues, you were so vocal and demeaning the governor because of your quest for power while being a reverend father.

You are the chief security officer of the state, make policies that will safeguard your people and stop being a simp and talkative while you hold the sword

If you are serious and you yourself not involved, you will name them instead of speaking in code. What death is a reverend father afraid of?
This is just the simple truth. If he's so much disturbed by the killings and he's sure of those involved, why not name them or gather evidences and take them to court.

Lazy Nigerian governor
