REASON -there is a Lacuna in the 1979 Constitution - that says ' Any State Created Must Still Go Fir A Referendum - that NIGERIANS Must vote of by 2/3- Majority.
•Then Blame those who Wrote the Constitution .
Remember,how OBJ - Was Telling Awujale of IJEBU - that he wants to create IJEBU-State but Ijebu- Ode is not going to be the Headquarters but where is the Ijebu-State Now?
I knew at that time that Papa OBJ was just pulling the Awujale's legs.
•Why Can't ALL The NATIONAL ASSEMBLY MEMBERS Looked at this State Creation - and Settled it once and for All?
-Why Can't they( National Assembly Members) All Removed the Lacuna in the Constitution - because of their Selfish Interest,as you will see why the North loves the Present Constitution like that and the then Military Leaders - conjured all these Lacuna and nothing can be done about it!
Nigeria has a Long way to go because of the Regional Interest -is paramount to Individuals than Overall National Interests .

One of the ways to give Autonomy to the Local government is - to allow them have a Separate Accounts that their Quarterly Allocations From the Federation Accounts - will go there Directly.
But what do you have in Nigeria Today?
- Your State Governors - have Refused it by Rejecting the Supreme Court Judgement - that hammer 🔨 this autonomy - that the Local Govt in Nigeria Should Be Independent of the States - by having a Separate Accounts - where they Can Manage their Affairs,but - your State Emperors- have Indirectly Refused to Allow it happens.

1. He should resign.

2. He should disband the APC and permanently ban every politicians there from participating in future politics.

Total removal of government subsidies on electricity, while the private sector is regulated and encouraged to invest in power. Everyone should be in Band A, and metred. Overtime, the power supply will be stable.

The governors should be excluded entirely from controling it. The appointment of the police leadership should come from the judiciary, who picks a lawyer like themselves; and the appointment should require the state assembly confirmation.

I believe the electricity act signed by both buhari and Tinubu has given state governors the authority to generate, transmit and distribute electricity in their states!
This ensures that state will no longer need the national grid to provide electricity for them!

As it pertains to state policing being controlled by the state judiciary,that will indirectly transfer control to the state governors as they are also in control of the selection and appointment of the state chief judge who is incharge of the state judiciary!
Hence,no matter who is selected by the state judiciary as representative,just know that the one selected had being influenced by the governor!
I would suggest an independent panel made up of pressure groups in the state and ensuring that the appointment of the state commissioner of police is done through a transparent and open process!

The worst part

Those waiting to get into power are 3 times more corrupt and will do anything to secure their family and friends pocket when they assume office

The initial electricity law gave the federal government control over electricity provision in states!
After the amended electricity act which decentralized electricity from the centre and gave states the authority to generate,transmit and distribute electricity to their domain,there is no reason why a state governor should be depending on the national grid for electricity!

Yatch was a one time stuff but fuel subsidy is continuous.

Let me give you an example. Let's say you have this friend you are helping to subsidize may be his daily food that costs 5k daily. He brings 2k and you add 3k for his daily meal
Now things are hard for you and you are like o boy, I can no longer to pay for your food again oo. Be like u go begin to pay your food by yourself and he's like you say u no get money to subsidize my food but everyday you are buying airtime, data for yourself. Do you get it??

1)Make light power stable,this Will bring investors electric cars will takeover that alone will make transporters sideline fuel, which will make goods farm products go down
