After Lagos,there is nowhere that is as developed as Ibadan in Nigeria.
That small old part is what some people look at.I am not from Ibadan but I toured Ibadan for nine days without doing any other chores,I was not able to exhaust it.
I have been to the East,West,North and a few of SS states.I am always overwhelmed with awe anytime I visit Ibadan.

I won't mind touring those areas someday . . . Only, the issue of the 💀 'skull' ⛏️ isn't something I wish to roll a dice against anytime soon

very true here. Onitsha has companies why Ogbomosho has tertiary institutions

Blord is just a hustler trying to make something out of life like most Nigerians like him and he is doing that through his businesses . He is smart about his real estate business as what he does is travel a few kilometers from a major city, meet the traditional ruler and land owners, buy their lands at very cheap prices, document ownership with government land registry , survey and carve it into phases 1,2,3…. and use his online platform to start selling. When he sells the first 100 plots from Phase 1 he reinvests the money in grading a road there and then solar street light and with that development he will double prices of Phase 2 and goes on and on. He also has moniepoint which many Nigerians use for bill payments, money transfer and online banking and gets %. He is also bringing in electric taxis he had custom built to his name in India and it has slashed the prices transportation in Awka because it doesn’t use petrol but solar and so on and so forth

Blord is I think less than 30 years and came from a poor background before he got to where he is now. If he is not making that noise how would you have known about him? There is a saying that closed mouths don’t get fed, so anyone who feels he has made enough can stay quiet but maybe he feels he hasn’t got to the point he wants in life. It’s all about the size of everyone’s personal ambition in life
