Yorubas play victim ke? That would be you people who did what is shown below in 2011 to now be complaining hypocritically today.

As for Tinubu, that is the last leader you can accuse of playing victim. When OBJ tried to choke Tinubu, did he complain to you or you people?

Never. Tinubu instead worked and bounced PDP out of the SW completely to then retrench them from the centre also unlike your cowardly Obi always doing dobale for every one only to still be impeached and slapped.

Let Obi slide for you lot if he can na. No be by empty noise or mouth alone. Nonsense.

The irony of a Tinubu supporter asking for 'workings' is wild. The same man you claim 'built Lagos from scratch' has had two years to build Nigeria and what do we have? Record inflation, a collapsed currency, mass poverty, and insecurity on steroids. Now Nigeria holds the shameful title of the country with the highest number of malnourished children, overtaking war-torn Sudan.

So before you ask why Obi didn’t turn Anambra into Dubai, maybe ask why Tinubu turned Nigeria into a humanitarian crisis. Charity begins at home, right? Start by fixing your Jagaban’s disastrous report card before grading others.

Just saying the hype on Obi is too much, he must not be president before he brings together his region's leaders and make it an example for others, but we didn't see that, still haven't seen it.

You did not vote for him and are the ones castigating him but you still want him to appoint you to his government that you all claim is illegitimate.

Funny people.
Voting for him or not has nothing to do with obeying the constitution of Nigeria. Even Donald Trump tried to do same but US courts corrected him in all such moves, that's how to get a country working

No matter what, obey the constitution.

Then look for other ways to reward your political allies not by disobeying the constitution.

I keep wondering why you guys from Sadwaste love supporting evil, I hope you guys know Tinubu won't be President forever? He is setting very bad precedence for Nigeria honestly and it's worrying

Igbos Declare "Code 555" in Protest Against Tinubu's Government

In a significant political development, the Igbo community in Nigeria has initiated a movement dubbed "Code 555," signaling their strong disapproval of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration. The term "Code 555" symbolizes the five states in the Southeast geopolitical zone, each represented by a single minister in the federal cabinet, highlighting the perceived marginalization of the Igbos in national governance.

Despite Nigeria's constitutional provision for equitable representation, the Southeast, with its five states, has been allocated only five ministerial positions. In contrast, other regions such as the Southwest have received up to ten ministerial slots.

Notably, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite from Imo State was demoted from her position as the Senior Minister of Trade and Industry to a Junior Minister of Finance. This move has been perceived as a deliberate downgrading of Igbo representation in the federal cabinet.

Critics argue that the current administration continues the legacy of previous governments in sidelining the Igbos. For instance, during former President Muhammadu Buhari's tenure, the Southeast was excluded from key appointments, including the Board of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, despite being home to oil-producing states.

The appointment of ministers has been criticized for lacking inclusivity, with some regions receiving multiple ministers while the Southeast remains underrepresented. This imbalance has raised concerns about the adherence to the Federal Character Principle, which mandates fair representation of all regions in federal appointments.

In light of these grievances, the Igbo community, through organizations like Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has called for the immediate removal of President Tinubu. They argue that the current administration's policies foster division and threaten the unity of the nation.

The "Code 555" movement underscores the Igbo community's demand for equitable representation and fair treatment within Nigeria's political framework. As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how the federal government will address these concerns to ensure national cohesion and inclusivity.

This is laughable. They said they don't want to be part of one Nigeria, why then are they declaring code 555 grin
Do shut up! If there's anything laughable it's seeing a Igbo self-hating and greedy enough to be in APC, or one who still believes a vengeful and Igbo-hating Tinubu or Buhari have the capacity to be fair-minded and jettison their bigotry and desire to cheat Ndigbo! If you weren't so far gone in your hate you'd have realised you're actually endorsing the position of IPOB and those of us who don't believe in 'one Nigeria' and that Ndigbo shouldn't be sharing the same country with the Yoruba and their Fulani hegemonic co-travellers!

It reeks of crass idiocy and hypocrisy that you shout 'one Nigeria' yet support the jaundiced notion that ethnicities, groups or regions should be shortchanged and sidelined because they didn't fall in line to kiss your emilokan bosses ass!

By that logic, Tinubu should’ve turned Lagos into a flawless utopia before dreaming of leading Nigeria. Or Buhari should’ve transformed Daura into Dubai. Leadership isn’t about fixing your hometown first, it’s about vision, competence, and a clean track record, which Obi has more of than most.

Obi isn’t some tribal chief; he’s a national leader. You are just mad his integrity makes your ‘city boy’ look like a glorified landlord

Lagos was and is the model, Tinubu met Lagos IGR at about 500million and took it to about N50billion, and it has increased rapidly since then, because he made sure he put in place a flawless tax system, that ensures the state collects at least 85% of its revenue, by removing leakages and creating a unified system for payment and government revenue collection. That is vision, that is work that will benefit the state perpetually, Tinubu opened up Eko Atlantic, that area is making Lagos one of the top destinations in the world today.

Tinubu is not perfect but among the mediocre greedy politicians we have, he is far brilliant with more leadership skills, unlike the mediocre bigots.

Lagos was already Nigeria’s commercial capital before Tinubu became governor he didn’t build it from sand. Yes, IGR increased, but let’s not pretend Alpha Beta and opaque revenue collection deals weren’t part of that story.

If Eko Atlantic is your crown jewel, congratulations on a billionaire bubble surrounded by flooded slums. Tinubu’s legacy is loud PR, not transparent governance.

Leadership isn’t about building wealth for cronies; it’s about lifting people, Nigerians in general

The wealth built in Lagos benefits developers, businesses, artisans, entrepreneurs and lagosians, it benefits everyone living in Lagos.
Multiplier effects of development benefit all. If you are in Lagos you will see how people live on the streets and in their shops, people littered everywhere, running from emptiness and poverty in their states, to Lagos for refuge.

Eko Atlantic is sorrounded by Victoria Island and Ikoyi, it's your ravaged poverty stricken peoples from other states that sleep on the streets and deface it, building shanties, which will be removed and dislodged by the government.

Most states in Nigeria now are ravaged by insecurity, your governors can't even protect you in your ancestral homes, if you focus on criticising your governors maybe your states will stop being desolate insecure regions, that make your indigenes all troop to Lagos for refuge and survival. Focus on your state and state governors, who are lazy mediocres stealing your common wealth. You have no stake in Lagos, it's not your concern.

Abuja has been the capital for decades why are people from other states not trooping to Abuja?

I won't bother to respond to you again, because it's clear you are speaking from a place of myopia, ignorance and bitterness.

It’s always revealing when people mistake critique of leadership for bitterness. Lagos is not a fiefdom, it’s a part of Nigeria, funded by federal allocations, contributions from millions who live and work there, and the labour of people you casually insult as “refugees.”

The idea that only Tinubu “built” Lagos is both historically inaccurate and intellectually lazy. A lie from the pit of hell. Lagos thrived long before his tenure and continues to grow largely because of the resilience of its people, not because of backdoor deals and cronies collecting opaque taxes through entities like Alpha Beta.

As for Eko Atlantic, if development doesn’t come with inclusivity, transparency, and dignity for all, then it’s not development, it’s displacement. You can’t build luxury enclaves next to flooded slums and call that progress. That’s not a city that works for everyone; it’s a monument to inequality.

Blaming “outsiders” for Lagos’ problems is not only divisive but dangerous. Nigerians have the right to live and work anywhere in their country. This isn’t about state rivalry, it’s about demanding better governance wherever you are. If criticism makes you uncomfortable, maybe it's because deep down, you know it's valid.

You said you won’t respond again. That’s fine. Silence is sometimes the only option when facts start getting in the way of propaganda.

Secondly, why didn't the federal government add this jubril issue among Kanu's count charges?
