For example there's nothing like teaching evangelist or healing evangelist, evangelist does not have types. But Ministries at times intertwine for example one can be a Teacher and Evangelist (which is rear but possible e.g Benny hinn). I will encourage you to search for Kenneth Hagin materials on ministry gifts to broaden your understanding. And lastly Myles was not an Apostle, he was a Teacher and probably a Pastor because he doesn't have the signs of Apostleship.
