Friendlies are called friendlies because they aren’t COMPETITIVE. I won’t risk losing my legs on a competition that is not seen as being official (that is, friendly)
The Nations league at worst, can be called a lower or second or even third-level tournament and not a friendly because it’s competitive but not at the levels of the Euros and the WC. It was created to address and replace meaningless friendlies. So how can a friendly be created to replace friendlies? Isn’t this just common sense?

Go on FIFA & UEFA websites and look at the categories of these competitions. The nation league is under second -tier competition , it replaced FIFA friendly games. School no be scam, try go school.

Nations league was formed in 2018 to modify friendlies among nations in Europe during FIFA international break. Same thing with Conference league which is to keep smaller clubs busy during European club competition.

But UEFA modified their international friendlies to include only European countries and called it Euro nations league. Any other countries outside Euro can go and play their own FIFA friendlies.

Lol, you are sweating to give importance to this friendly matches . Even UEFA on their website categorized nations league as an international friendly competition, so I don't know why you're sweating it out. For your Education, club competitions are different from continental competitions and FIFA competitions. All these competitions have grades, from grade A, B, C & etc. That's why in club football,the League trophy is grade A while other cups are grade B. Same for continental football, the continental trophy is grade A, other cups are grade B. Also for FIFA, the World Cup is grade A , others are lower grade.

I have never watch Pele play too, but with videos that I watch and his goals and records, Pele was no doubt the greatest. Some of the players that came close to Pele were Maradona and Delima Ronaldo R9. Go and watch some of Pele documentary, especially the one by FIFA ,SS on DSTV. R9 said he was so humble and happy fans and supporters then were comparing him to Pele De greatest footballer. Also watch what others great footballers said about him, especially Maradona
