Wealth is not created by saving, it is created by creating and enabling environment and adequate infrastructure to bring about even development and prosperity and higher earning capacity for the people in the state, it shows lack of ideas...how will you be saving when some youths are unemployed and a lot are in poverty and the state is not among top 10 commercialised and urban states in Nigeria.
