Anyway if you want to live longer and healthier,go to the gym regularly or exercise at home.Most centenarians in the blue zone countries are not short people but those with better nutrition, regular physical activities,social/family contacts etc.Height does not play any roll whatsoever.A short man with an unhealthy lifestyle will go down sooner just like a tall man in similar condition.

You don't need anyone to proof this to you. That's nature, go village and witness this should in case you don't have elderly people around you.

The compensation is that,

Just checked...he did indeed lived long at 86...and he was 6'2 feet tall
