So the study was conducted in Japan. Japanese have different genes from Nigerians. That study might not even apply to the black people. New research is needed from black nation.

This is balderdash! Hocus pocus and hoi polloi!
First, human physiology does not exist in a vacuum. Every organ, cell, tissue and system grows in response to the genetic buildup of the person.
Whether tall or short, if you engage in sedentary living, riotous clubbing and gluttonous endeavours, your end is predictable.
This is gaslighting and misinformation at its peak.
No one should take what is written seriously.

Depends on the country . If you go to the Netherlands you will and they live longer than many countries

Interesting! But what about faith and destiny? To live long or otherwise a religion says and believes one is given certain time to live, which cannot be altered even by second. I believe there are many with that faith in this Platform.

Not sure if you think you are making sense. Places where people live longest are Japan Korea and Hong Kong They do not subscribe to that crap. They watch their , diets and exercise regularly.

Generally faith has nothing to do with it

We are living longer ALL OVER THE WORLD today than our ancestors did 400 years ago because of immunization, better nutrition and other technological advances even though Much of Africa still lags behind

Even in Nigeria poor people do not live long generally. They do not have clean water, good food and basic health care

Clean water and sanitation is key. Managing conditions like diabetes, and high blood pressure make a difference and that is why people in richer countries live longer
