All thanks to Orji Uzo Kalu, OUK for laying the fantastic blueprint and plan for the development of the commercial city.

As for Otti, I sincerely hope he is not spending too much for his projects after handling the Port Harcourt -Aba road for more than 30 billion naira for a 6km road, I'm skeptical.
Which do you prefer: keep all the money to himself or use some for the development of the state? Don't forget, there are so many governors that go with all.

This is Aba. The righthand side of the road is a gas plant NIPPCO while the left hand side is Margaret Avenue GRA where Tonimas Headquaters is located, in-between the Avenue is Ecobank facing the road. If you head upwards, you will meet the railroad from Portharcourt while if you walk backwards, you will meet Abia poly now Dr Ogbonnaya Onu poly.

This is Ogborhill. The uncompleted building overlooking the bridge is the popular Enyimba Hotels which the current administration plans on turning to a resort. Converting the waterline and environ to a hub for luxury and recreation. Enumeration of property that already encroached into the Government acquired land has already begun.

Aba is alive now!

So they finally remembered that Enyimba hotel that was abandoned since military era? Glad that there's a plan for it finally, I always admire the structure every time I walk by it. The whole ogbor hill now looks really nice at night and they just fixed milverton too. I hear that Motor parks there are getting relocated to a different site
