How does renovation turned to a great project? Imagine French president commissioning a revamped stadium.

This is pathetic.

During the saga of Chitdimma Adetshina I actually realized Nigeria barely have world standard conference hall to hold events.

Re: President Tinubu Set To Commission International Conference Centre In Abuja by naptu2:
Nigeria hosted an Organisation of African Unity (OAU) summit in1991. The summit was held in the new capital, Abuja.

Several 6-door stretch W124 Mercedes Benz were bought to ferry leaders at the summit.

Apart from African leaders, the United Nations Secretary General, Javier Perez de Cuellar and the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) Chairman, Yasser Arafat also attended the summit.

The International Conference Center (ICC) in Abuja was built to host the summit.

The ICC has also served as the chamber of the National Assembly (1992-1993) and it has hosted the 1995, 2005 and 2014 National Conferences.

The ICC has been in bad shape a few times, which has led to calls for it to be renovated.

The center is currently undergoing renovation and will soon be commissioned.

The desperation is leading to massive lowering of the bar of governance
Just imagine it was GEJ that was commissioning a refurbished building. What will be the response of the hateful agbado horde
From 4% join join road to refurbished building. The shame keeps getting worse

You don't read and understand. No way he felt bad that it was maintained. He was just emphasizing on the fact that the building is already existing and don't need to be commissioned

How shameful. Did you even know the ICC has been in existence and use for how many years now? So a whole president want to commission repainting and some minor adjustments? And these guy had borrowed around 65 trillion naira in 2 years o. Lol. The reason why Nigeria will never be better is not even politicians like BAT, it because of people like you. It seems you people are beyond redemption.

This should be called retro-commissioning as the building was already commissioned in the 90s.
