1. Take regime change by ballot box out of the hands of the masses by first capturing INEC & Judiciary, eventually opposition will come crawling on their knees over to you, those who resist will have their moral compass shattered eventually.

2 Weaponize poverty by devaluing the currency and removing subsidy without first putting any cushion in place -eventually you'd have the masses (completely powerless to effect regime change) eating out of your hands. Evil then becomes good and celebrated.

The supreme court of Nigeria has on many occasions said that the votes cast by the electorates are for the political party and not the candidates. So, why would a person that won an election on the platform of PDP would now defect to APC, because the votes were for PDP and not the person nor APC? Laws are not working in Nigeria. We still have a long way to go in this country.
