For Pete's sake, Lagos is Nigeria’s commercial capital with seaports, oil company HQs, multinationals, and the densest tax base. An Internally Generated Revenue increase there is expected, not miraculous. Comparing Anambra to Lagos is unnecessary and attempts to shift the narrative.

It was the LG funds that were seized for 3 years due to the illegal LGs created. You can't blame OBJ for refusing to support illegality. Tinubu has also been withholding LG funds of states since he assumed office
