Let Us Score Him. Please Be Truthful. by 22jumpstreet(op): 9:05pm On Jun 10, 2025
I was having a conversation with a good friend of mine who is also a nairalander. He happens to be a Jehovah's witness. One of their main article of faith is that they don't believe in the Trinity. He said Jesus is not God and never was. He knows I have a Catholic background.
I asked him, if Jesus is not god of what importance is he to the scheme of things since God has already provided everything we need in the Torah. He then said that Jesus was a perfect being and he came to show us that it can be done. We really did not talk about the Jesus paying the ransom. That they also believed he came to do so my question to him was let us score Jesus based on the 10 commandments as see if he is going to score 100% based on what we know about him. According to my scoring he did not get up to 60%. And I was very generous with my scoring.
So I am bringing the same question here. Let us score him and see how he performed..

Thanks.

I am so fking bored right now so I will bite for now... currently waiting on movers. 😩😩😩

So, according to you, Jesus Christ failed on 40% of the 10 commandments. Which 4 did he fail to uphold? 🤔

Here's a summary of the Ten Commandments:
1. You shall have no other gods before me. (Exodus 20:3)
By misleading the people to approach God through him, he fails woefully in this point. Thought he, himself went to God directly. So I will score him 3/10

2. You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in the heavens above, or on the earth below, or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them. (Exodus 20:4-5)
By making himself the centre of worship and drawing people away from worshipping their creator, he has made himself God. Though some of his utterances suggest such. I will score him 5/10
3 You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone innocent who misuses his name. (Exodus 20:7)
He does not even know the name of the true God. He kept using generic terms like God, father and Lord. Who knows maybe he is referring to Zeus or Poseidon
I will score him 8 /10
4.Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your town. (Exodus 20:8-10)
Epic fail on this one. The commandments is clear and he broke it to peaces....I will score him 1/10
5 Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you. (Exodus 20:12)
His mother and brothers came to see him when they heard he was becoming a bit of a Looney, he totally blew them away. Not a good behavior from somebody who claimed he came to fulfill the law.
I will score him 0/10

6 You shall not murder. (Exodus 20:13)
He did not kill anyone persay, but telling people God sent you on a suicide mission is taking it too far. He gets 7/10

7 You shall not commit adultery. (Exodus 20:14)
There is a story that is found only In the gospel of John. It concerns a woman he meat at the well and promised to give living water. You can agree or disagree with me, living water is an euphemism for "male sperm/or seed". That is the only plausible deduction given the woman has been with 5 different men (probably looking for a child) and the passage continues that he spent some days in the town most likely in the woman's house. He scores 2/10
8 You shall not steal. (Exodus 20:15)
well, he did send his disciples to take somebody's donkey. That is stealing . He scores 2/10.
9 You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. (Exodus 20:16)
In so many places, he did say God sent him to come and give his life for many. Which is a blatant lie as God hates human sacrifice. He is bearing false witness against God. God already gave a solution to the problem of sin and it did not involve human sacrifice. For that he scores 2/10.

You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor. (Exodus 20:17)
It is only in this one he scores maximum points. There is no evidence in any of the gospel that he coveted anything that belongs to his neighbors. He was a wanderer...so he gets 10/10.

So in my analysis he scored about 38/100.

That does not sound like somebody who came to fulfill the scripture or somebody who is perfect.
What did he get in your own scoring .?

Even though I am fully aware that you quote ignorant here --- and there are about 613 statutes declare as part and parcel of same Law which you quote from, I will, for the sake of boredom, choose to overlook this time.

I disagree! 🤔

The law you quoted clearly says, "You shall have no other gods...", not the people or others because . Clearly, you are not being honest with this judgement here. 🤔

Again, I disagree with your judgment as what seems apparent is a literal refusal, on your part, to acknowledge what is in fact written in order that you may impose in its place what is clearly a personal interpretation of your urs-- a delusion --- in its place. 😒

2. The Law you quoted States one is not to make for oneself ... Jesus Christ of Israel did not make any image for himself --his personal use. What He made abundantly clear to His followers was that He worshipped the one and only God in the land of Israel in the land of Canaan, a nation which existed at that point in time. He never changed His mind regarding that fact of His declaring His Word as Everlasting too. My question to you is this. Why the dishonesty? 🤔

The law clearly says not to misuse the name of the Lord, your God. You provide no evidence of actual misuse of the name itself but still went ahead to condemn Him against the very details of the law He obviously did not violate as you have no evidence for such taking place. Are you certain you are alright up there? undecided

Wait a second ...honoring of one's parent involves not blowing them off? Are you joking?😳😳😳

Where does this explaination of yours for the law come from? Provide reference, please. undecided

According to the same you, Jesus Christ of Israel did not murder anyone, meaning He can't then be judged by that very law. Yet, you took it upon yourself to judge him as guilty anyways? This here is another one of the many reasons why I avoid directly interacting with you religious bots. You are neither here nor there, almost all of the times. It is so infuriating. 😩😩😩

This is the height of all desperation, abeg! No be brain fart dem dey call this? 😩😩😩

The law you quoted clearly states one is forbidden from committing adultery -- sexual acts with a married individual one is not currently married to. What evidence do you have that Jesus Christ of Israel literally had sex with a married woman? 🙄🙄🙄

Even though the story instead has him sending them to get the donkey, with a message if asked why they were taking it, your biased conclusion is instead that he stole it all this in order to condemn him for a crime he is never in fact reported to have committed, not by the one who owned the donkey or those around? ,,🙄😩😩

You claim that in so many places, Jesus Christ of Israel claimed that the YHWH of Israel sent Him to give His life for many. Can you please provide us with at least two or three of these places so we can try to understand the evidence that you, here, convict Him with? 🤔

2. Interesting claim since it is hard to argue against anyone whose ideas regarding YHWH of Israel begin and end with the 10 commandments. So, I won't even bother, but wait for the referencing for the first part. 🤔

In following the Word of YHWH, God of Israel, though, His Law was absolute, implying that it was not possible for a man to partially uphold or partially violate any of His laws — it's all or nothing. But I see here that in your scorings, you take the liberty to partially process the carrying out of each law based on your ideas certifying that your judgement has little or nothing to do with a concern for the Law of YHWH —clearly, YHWH is a joke to you—, but more to do with a deep-seated issue you have with the person of Jesus Christ of Israel. To what end, though? undecided

Having one of Jehovah's Witnesses as friend is nothing because we meet with different kinds of people daily and we don't discriminate unless when you wants to sign a lifetime friendship with us we will let you know that our closeness can't exceed being at sight. You can only be a friend with Jehovah's Witnesses as a neighbor {Mark 12:31} once you leave that area you've become history no strings attached!

Your threads regarding Jesus is based on hatred for his personality because you don't want to believe such a person even existed in the first place.

Below is the thread where you tried to engage people but nobody took you seriously!
