Igbo had no representation in supreme court before Tinubu became president. It was Tinubu who elevated 3 Igbo men to supreme court as justices.
Since ihejirika left as chief of Army staff,Igbo never had a service chief until Tinubu appointed an Enugu indigene as current chief of Naval staff
The clamour for SE development commission became a reality under Tinubu govt.

I know you must be too young to know that South West, was developed by Awolowo with proceed from agriculture, mainly cocoa and coffee. That is your uninformed opinion. Your opinion is different from the opinion of the majority of South South people and that of South East governors.

Having said the above, No Yoruba that witnessed June 12 , 1993 election expects 25% from South East except Peter OBI directed
them to vote for the person, even if Peter OBI directed them to vote for the Yoruba man, I can bet it, about 70% of the people will rather abstain from voting.

I based my submission on the statements made by IBO elders against Abiola before the election and on my experience with my University course mates. Chief Tony Anenih had to plead with Chief Ezeife the Anambra SDP governor for SDP (not Abiola) to win narrowly in Anambra. The rest South East States, ABIOLA lost.

The saddest thing for ABIOLA is the loss of Rivers State. Abiola was very sad, he never expected he will lose Rivers (Bayelsa was not yet created). He later found out it was because of the IBOS domination and influence. Abiola won the remaining South South States. TINUBU should never forget WIKE.

IBOs votes for TINUBU goes beyond projects in South East.

2027 should not even be the priority now. When Buhari came in 2015 and met a looted and depressed economy when governors were finding it hard to pay salary and no major project, no tension or campaign about 2019 election. TINUBU came and met en economy on life support where multinational corporations are leaving, fiscal and monetary policies in disarray , just 6 months of intelligent hardwork , the shout of 2027 started.

The SS has, historically, always voted sane was as SE. Tinubu managed to win 2 states in SS, his victory is Rivers State was orchestrated by Wike who tinibu has rewarded with a position as FTC minister.


A few SS governors have decamped go APC but it doesn't mean the SS are with Tinubu. May I remind you what happened when the Akwa Ibom governor wanted to decamp?

Power is won at the ballot box, not dashed out. Sadly, your arrogant people always feel they can make terrible political choices and then once those choices fall flat in their faces, they can still then make arrogant demands on those who played their cards well and won elections centrally! It does not work that way.

The South-South is made up of mainly minority tribes but they’re more politically wise and mature than you people, and that’s why they’ve not only caught up with you people politically but they’ve surpassed you.

If you’re not careful, they’ll not only grab the Vice Presidential slot in 2031 but also pip you to the Presidency again in 2038.

You’d better humble yourselves for once in your entire lifetimes and learn to play politics properly. You cannot intimidate anyone to hand over power to you in Nigeria. It will never work!
