Once you see people praising their Governors for tarring roads in the city, a job ordinarily should have been done by LG Chairmen, u know without mincing words that population are not enlightened and one can safely described them as semi illiterates.

I saw a video where the citizenry were praising Alex Otti for tarring some inner city roads in Aba. I said and concluded they are semi illiterates. Satisfied over such little things.

85% of Northerners are illiterate and would take bribes and vote for the highest bidder. Basically the NW and NE

75% of SW are illiterates and semi illetrate would vote Tinubu because of ethnic sentiments anyways.

50% of SE are semi illiterates who would trade their votes for money.
50% of SS including Edo state are semi illiterates who will trade their votes for money.

35% of Middle bet are semi illiterates and another 35% are stark illiterate and will trade their votes for money.

With this statistics established we can only congratulate Bola Tinubu on his re election.
