Leave him guy Cole Palmer created over 80 chances just to get 8 assists because we don't have a striker no wahala .

€150m Writz must have 20 goals and 20 assists in premier league if not ......

Let me shave my sword for now

If madueke learn how to shoot properly..and improve his final third passes, he will do wonders on the right wing like Robben and lamal.

That left wing no be him proper wing.
he is young enough if willing to work hard and make it his wing and succeed there

Na why I dey always talk say it's not about spending. Question is are you getting value for your money and can you really succeed when the pressure is on? I used to rate Poch but I completely lost hope when he went to PSG and couldn't win the league. Yep he joined in January but he had multiple chance to win the league but couldn't. I was shocked when Popi constantly talked him up for the Chelsea job. Poch is bang average who will only succeed in a pressure free environment. Think Southampton, Brentford, Spuds etc.

This is why I respect Pep alot and why I always want to see managers who have been given money to spend and have spent. Yes he's spending but spending comes with too much pressure to succeed. We all saw how much Chelsea spent under Poch and where we ended up. He failed here and will continue to fail where there's pressure to succeed immediately. Arteta started very well and even won the shield, then won the FA cup. Immediately arsenal started to spend heavily, he failed to win anything or play in any final. Let it be known that Arteta won those cups when the pressure was almost zero. Now pressure dey burst pipe and some fans want him out because he's spending but nothing to show.

For coaching, underdog story is very sweet and it's easy to get relative success there. People will constantly call you "underated coach". People will always feel that once you spend that you'll succeed but it's not always the case. Ten Hang outspent many coaches but nothing came out. Leave him at Ajax and he'll be called "underrated"

Sloth came in and won the league immediately with zero pressure. Even if he didn't, at least he signed no one so top 3 was already good for a start....low pressure environment. This was arguably the most unchallenged title race in a long, long time.

This season, the most expensive player in English football is with him, he's also added Frimpong and will add other players. The pressure is on. This is where we'll know if he can sustain his previous success. The real test is next season because now there's a very high expectation. Inzagahi is another underdog story coach, I'll like to see him in a club that can splash the cash and see how far he can sustain his success. Spending comes with pressure!!!

Pep, Don Carlo, Enrique, Flick, Mourinho have all proven to spend and deliver both locally and in Europe.
That is why I always like when coaches go to clubs where they can spend money

Everyone can always cook with their mouth filled with if if if

If I had money etc how many coaches have been handed huge amount and flopped.
When pochetinno was with Spurs we always heard that if this and that

The pressure at top clubs is much and credit to coaches who can manage them and succeed

Exactly. The sporting Directors. Maresca's probably been told Petrovic is to be used in some sort of swap/outright sale deal. If so, then Maresca cannot risk injury to the asset, even if he rates him. He will leave him behind.
well petrovic to them is for the cash, glad he has done well for himself since the transfer from us. We just have to hope penders clicks with the team and maresca

It’s majorly about his abilities than suitors.

Perisic is a utility player whom every manager would love to have in their squad. Can play as a LB, LWB, LW and the RW.

Deft touch on the ball, precise passing, good positioning, and being a constant threat are few of the qualities you can get from him.
Yeah he’s very good with both feet’s, but at 37 it’s pretty surprising, seems he’s going to Barca as Flick has been asking

Epitome of utility player. He's old but will give 7.5/10 in any position except CB, DM and GK. Terrific professional 👏

Has Palmer ever gotten 15 assists?

Has Palmer ever scored 15league goals without penalties?

Has Palmer ever been a key player for a title winning team that went unbeaten in a league season?

Has Palmer ever won outright player of the year in any league?

When it comes to talent, Palmer is not on the same level as Wirtz. Palmer is good, Wirtz is top class.
Na Liverpool player make you throw our Starboy under this bus like this

What happened to rivalry 😤

We will be there next season Sha

He must outperform palmers numbers

It's not possible to lose what you don't have.

Replace Lewandowskii and Raphinha with Jakujaku Jackson and Neto, tell me where the 45 goals from the duo would have come from to help Lamine win the league?

You type a lot of nonsense as usual.

I get that we didn't find enough success with the bundseliga players but they're doing well in the EPL.

Top of my head

Vanderven, LaCroix, Son, Kamada, Konate, Szobo, Chris Richard. All these are from three teams not coached by Pep and they're successful depending on how you define success.

I think Wirzt will do well but it'll not be 150m worthy. I doubt he'll flop because he's very good. My agenda is for him to fail sha I won't hide wink

When Barca were losing 0-2 to RM in el classico. It was Lamine's individual spark that forced the corner that Eric Garcia scored from. Then he equalized from his ball-manipulation and curl. Before Raphinha capitalized on a defensive error to put Barca ahead. An undiscerning buffoon will focus on Raphinha scoring 2 goals though.

Espanyol are frustrating Barca 0-0 with the latter being 4 points ahead of RM with 3 games to spare. Winning that game put them 7 ahead, sealing the title. Lamine's individual curler broke the deadlock before his assist set Fermin up to make it 2-0 late in the game. The goal that decided the game was the goal that ended the DEADLOCK. Sensible people saw that.

I've told you players can be impactful without scoring. The 2nd leg against Inter, he was the player all the Inter players talked about even though Raphinha scored and he didn't.

Stop forcing things. If it didn't dey. It didn't dey. We all have our strengths. I don't think being logical works with yours. And TBH, I feel I lose IQ points each time I read your posts.

I'll ignore all your posts on this issue going forward.

When comparing Hazard with Neymar and Salah we don't use goals. When talking about other players in same category we can then talk about goals.

Absolutely nothing against club legend Hazard but this place is called AgendaLand for a reason. You select the argument you love and push it through via Agenda grin grin grin

Trust me, I knew who I was chatting with but his one-dimensional, vapid, lacking substance and uneducated opinions get tiring after a while. Imagine someone who thought saying no Foden to blame meant England didn't win because he didn't play. LOL. How do you even respond to that type of slow person?

Zidane and Modric will be wondering how they were impactful with their 5 goals in some seasons. A head full of hot air for a reason. grin
