See, almost everybody is wicked and corrupt in this Nigeria. Imagine delaying people's flight that booked online only to now start selling the tickets to highest bidder

Similar thing happened to me last year while using same airplane, I got to the counter 6:03Am for a 6:45Am flight and was told they have closed the counter, meanwhile these people are still selling ticket for same flight, without arguing with them I decided to buy the next available business class ticket for almost 300,000.

You should have consider your position in the country before brandishing such shameful act in the public pace why blocking the access point preventing others not to gain access in. Most Nigerian airlines are crooks but Air peace is far worse in their criminal ways. Adams Oshiomole did the right thing by fighting for Nigerians.

He's not lying. I already knew something fishy was going on from their own story earlier in the morning, where they claimed he got there late at 6:10 a.m for a 6:30 a.m flight and that the flight had left.

Because, why would the flight leave ahead of schedule?

“Air Peace strongly condemns the unruly conduct of a prominent Nigerian politician who disrupted airport operations on the morning of Wednesday, June 11, 2025,” the statement said.

“The prominent individual in question arrived at Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 1 (Zulu Hall) at approximately 06:10 AM for Flight P47120 scheduled to depart Lagos for Abuja at 06:30 AM. In line with our standard on-time departure policy, the boarding process had closed, and the flight departed as scheduled.”

For our London Gatwick – Lagos route, “Check-in starts at 06:30 am. Check-in arrivals after 09:25 am will NOT be accepted”. “Once checked in, please ensure you arrive at the boarding gate no later than 09:55 am or risk being denied travel”.

Boarding on Domestic Flights closes 15 minutes before flight departure while boarding on Regional and International Flights closes 20 minutes before flight departure.

In simple terms, Air Peace is adamant that Osho Baba arrived too late to take part in the boarding process. This is not the same as saying the flight had already departed.

But then, even if the "prominent politician" arrived at 06:10 AM - having already checked-in online - he was still within the bounds set by the airline.

Oga those present said the opposite. They said that you even climbed on the luggage conveyor and stopped it. They also said that you have been having similar issues in time past with them.

The organisation should blacklist him. He shouldn't be using their airline.

In advanced countries, counter booking is an alternative to online booking and both prices are same but corrupt minded ducks like u will always change the narrative when it comes to 9ja....evil child
