The only thing that could save her, was the reveal of her mental state at the end, she can plead insanity.

There are moment you'd lose it and do things irrationally ...




You clearly saw she was arrested and probably taken to jail .. it didn't look lIke she'd be released and obviously she'd be charged for the murder ..

The goal of the movie is to make you feel emotional but the writing and what the characters were saying will off you mostly Detective Ray

If she took the whole money, then how would defend herself from not being part of the mastermind of the robbery in which her boss has already told the police ..

You got caught up in a robbery , then you're being accused of being the mastermind and you went on to take the whole Cash.. if you eventually get caught and charged to court, how do you defend yourself from not being involved in the robbery...

let be realistic and add small logic to it but first, what will mess her brain up and do things abnormally: being called mastermind of the robbery or being called her child is dead? And check her emotions in both scenes

2. A good person like her can’t kill her boss like that when all she thinking is her kid and also her first kill like that will make her run away from the scene

3. They can’t take her child away like that without hearing from her mother first and also is a black community, them do things differently from the white and there rules to this thing

4. Detective Ray asked people around her and also watched the footage which showed she can’t do it but when the head of police arrived and asked why she thinks she not involved and she said “I have a feeling “ without saying anything about the footage

5. I don’t want talk to about the bank scenes and the white police officer

At the point you're in despair, pains and desperation, you'd largely do things irrationally coupled with the fact that all of this happened to a female ...

Okay I might agree some part of this is void of logic, you cannot say the whole incident in the movie is not realistic like the other user claimed .. But, trust me . Logic would hardly be in play in a situation like that ...

An example is the part she killed her boss .. it's void of logic but very realistic in a situation where she was being accused of being the whole mastermind of the operation...

Wildly overhyped.
It started strong but nose-dived halfway through. Great concept, but completely botched in execution. Their biggest mistake? Trying to cram a mini-series-worthy idea into a single rushed film.
This story begged for 4–5 one-hour episodes. That would've given it room to breathe - to build, unfold, and actually make sense. Instead, we got a shallow sprint that tripped over its own ambition.
You can tell they never expected the film to blow up - the director clearly doesn’t dream big. With the right pacing and vision, this could’ve been a genre-defining masterpiece.

I like a comic book movie that knows it's a comic book movie.

None of that grounded, realistic, over serious things.

Just a comic book movie being action packed, colorful, exciting big blockbuster fun ride.
