Yet today, i saw a video on twitter of Anambra kids begging on the street of Lagos. There were another set from Enugu also begging. They all moved to Lagos recently to beg on the street and likely commit criminal activities at night.

Just like speaking or reading Arabic is not equivalent to having deep knowledge of the Quran.

Kano state is rated educationally less developed because they are being truthful and they did not manipulate their statistics. If it were Anambra, those out of school kids would have been taken to magic/miracle centres and written all sorts of fantastic results for them. How many Anambra graduates even know the subject matter of their fantastic certificates?

Most Anambra graduates carrying fantastic certificates everywhere have little to no idea about the content of their certificates because they got it through fraud and I feel ashamed for you and your anambra that you can justify such level of fraud.
