Personally I don’t think they do that 3 months stuff before payment
They should pay you immediately you start
But you should ask your colleagues tho they should have an idea ..or maybe join their WhatsApp groups

you will get your first salary after 3 months. (3 months salary). Your Subsistence and Relief allowances should be seen as upfront.

I'm not sure about those allowances within your first year. But you'd be paid salary after 3 months.

Is it not only those people under ippis that do that salary thing after 3 months??. The agencies i know and work for na first month ooo. So far you assumed duty before 16th of the particular month, you should be paid. Just ask your new colleagues to confirm how it works in the organization.

For firs, presidency, governors ,ministers candidates etc did induction, some even pressured their connects to pressure them zacch and co and they got mail on the last day of the induction and they came that day. So if you are waiting for them to deliver letter to you saying you're NASS candidates better jazz up. Disturb your connect to go to zone 5 with you 😂 and sit on zacchs neck oo. When NRS starts in January you'll be among the 1% A+ agency

How is it going to reach next year? it would be more than next year considering the process of the recruitment and camping as at now over 6 months no update no CBT , no screening no camping nothing nothing the funny part it's the way the application of the recruitment was rushed over 1 week one would think that they are serious.

Well, I don't know but my friend got hers after 3 months. Maybe things have changed. Are you sure there would still beach increment in FIRS salary after next year January? Anyway, until then before we will know. @Kpetekes

I heard in the beginning they paid over 300+ for graduate, but was later reviewed downwards after been audited by salaries and wages commission. However, NA are on thier neck to reverse the action
