Dude there is still insecurity, local government autonomy is still on paper, the governors still control LG funding. There is still nothing being revitalised in the oil and gas sector, what we saw is simply the IOCs selling off their stakes in the onshore oil fields and moving offshore, we are hearing planned investments on paper yet nothing on ground, while Mozambique, Guyana and Angola remain the darling of IOC investments. On agriculture there has been no investment as we still have food inflation. You just mentioned consumer credit without expantiating, there was no forex liberalisation, please do not deceive people, what the government did was to float the currency.
Subsidy removal was hurriedly done without any plan in place.
