So you e pect Ogun state to neglect it inner road tp do road linking Lagos so those of you working n paying taxes in Lagos can have good roads ba ?

Do you have any untelligence to comprehend how much money Lagos as to fux all the roads adjorning Ogun state ? Where do you want Ogun state to gwt such amount to fix the roads ?

Is the federal givernment no longer responsible for interstate roads ? Do you call out state governor for Lagos Ibadan or federal roads linking Imo n Abia or you are paid to tarnish the image of Ogun state or it governor ?!

Ogun state is the worst state in terms of road infrastructure and the state is very rich, having the highest number of industries, highest numbers of universities.

This governor can never amount to anything again in Nigeria. No body should vote for him for any office again. He is the worst governor of all time.

Dapo Abiodun who was referred to as ”ELEYI” by Tilumbu has nothing to offer.

As big as the Landmass of the State, this is one of it's numerous problems. No critical infrastructures, no good roads. This is one of the reasons I vowed never to have a hoise in Ogun State despite being close to Lagos. I know a friend who works in Lagos and Built his house in Ogun, when he finally moved in, he didn't spent 6 Months before relocating back to Lagos because of bad roads and decayed infrastructure. He don rent out the apartment. Very useless State.

I don't blame the Govt of the state, I blame the useless People living in the state, when election comes you will see them enmass singing songs of praise to support a failed person.

Unluckily for you I went to Abeograms, if you live in Abeokuta you know what school that is n it proximity to the locations you asked me to drive from.

I was in Abeoka barely a month back n drove Ijaye just stone throw from Idi Aba without noticing a single pothole. I came in tru Lagos dtove over the bridge in Ijaye n went as far as Unab.

I drove tru Oke ilewo to Moshood Abiola poly so what exactly is your point n i did not notice any signifucant pothple. This is not to say Ogun state deserve beta but claiming the capital is riddle with pothole is complete falsehood n totally senseless.

Lagos-Ibadan road isn't bad

Ogun State are cursed with bad roads with poor electricity supply. Opelope Lagos State Lara won. Imagine a deputy governor of a state will ignore a bad road leading to a prayer ground but has the audacity to ply same road to perform his fruitless prayers every festive season. No shame at all.

The title of the thread is apt. I served in Ogun and the best roads were in the capital - Abeokuta - while the worst roads I've ever seen and experienced were ALL in Ota. Ota has miserable roads for a local government that hosts educational institutions and mega factories. As the title states, the good roads are ALWAYS on the Lagos axis, not Ogun's. Ogun residents, especially those in Ota, and their counterparts in Abia have suffered terribly. I pity them wholeheartedly.

The problems of Ogun state are many.
Road network is number one. Not having enough revenue is number two. Corruption is number three. It goes on and on. They should open up to southeastern people like Lagos, Oyo and Ondo did, and let developers perform their magic.

Oga, I live in Abeokuta and I ply this route 2-3 times a week. After Abeokuta Grammar school you mentioned, in front of one filling station like you're going to kemta, there's one big pothole there. In front of Tekobo junction, the number of potholes there can't be count. In front of Baptist girls college, na big potholes dey there. If you were in Abeokuta last month as you claimed, you would see them. Like I said earlier, I drive through this route about two to three times a week.

Which bridge is in Ijaye? From Onikolobo to Moshood Abiola poly ojere too, no potholes? Lol. You didn't drive through the route you mentioned. I can't count the number of potholes from Obantoko to Camp (Funaab area).

In addition to all the Governors past and present,this is really unfair for a state that has produced a president and a recent past VP for 8 years.
