That deal which was influenced by Chinese efforts was cancelled because the Iranian government started it's aggressive move in the middle east countries by funding terror groups that unsettled government.also it Iran through that now started/restarted it's fuel enrichment programme with the aim of achieving a nuke status...played into the hands of the western allies

Sometimes it is not correct to speak these things in isolation to other factors. How do you want to handle someone, whose sole ambition is to wipe you off the face of the earth? Do you think Iran's threat to Israel are mere rhetorics? Iran has taken serious and practical steps to destroy Israel by sponsoring Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, several armed militias in Iraq and Syria.
