Islamic law prohibit environmental damage, destruction of agriculture, earth and generation and there's also this strong belief that the innocent ought not to suffer with the guilty and nuke doesn't differentiate between the innocent and guilty. Iran could have easily developed their nukes since the 1979 revolution given the brains or human resources and mass uranium deposit of the country but religion has a way of interfering with logical reasoning. At least, Iran could have developed it for deterrence sake.

Propagandist. The missile only hit the surroundings of the military command center,and only two buildings were affected. Did the target hit any Israeli nuclear facility? Nah.

It's normal for few missiles to hit targets after over 100 were fired. The iron dome intercepted most of them.
