Thanks. We have searched and I'm quite sure we didn't receive anything. We have made several calls to them and they've only said that we should be patient. We'll be on the lookout. Farawayman: |

I am very new here. I would like to ask if my PR application will be considered without Police Clearance Certificate from the country I reside currently. I received an invite to apply. I am an international protection applicant in one of the European countries. The police department told me that my PCC request could impact my application. Can anyone kindly advise on how to go about this? |

Is Express entry still a viable option? Even people in Canada are finding it hard to meet the high scores. Lots of people are going back home to get foreign work experience for more score points. If you’re outside Canada, the best shot right now is to learn French if you can. |

JohnKayBlessed:Welcome JohnKayBlessed very easy I have seen a case like this what you need to do document everything and send to IRCC let me explain IRCC’s Usual Requirement: For most permanent residence applications, IRCC requires police certificates from every country where you have lived for 6 months or more since the age of 18. However, they also recognize that some applicants may have difficulty getting a PCC from certain countries (e.g., countries where they are refugee claimants). if You Can’t Get a PCC: if the authorities in your current country refuse to issue a PCC (or say it might harm your asylum claim), you should: Provide written proof that you tried to obtain it (for example, a letter from the police explaining why they can’t issue it, or why applying might endanger your status). Include a detailed explanation with your application explaining the situation. What IRCC will Do: They often understand these situations and may grant an exemption if you demonstrate that it’s genuinely impossible to obtain the PCC. They will wave it for you but you must show proof email from the police department or written letter something that can be traced back to the police office what you should do Collect any correspondence or refusal letters from the police or other authorities explaining the impact on your status. Write a clear, concise letter explaining your situation, referencing the fact that you’re an international protection applicant and that obtaining a PCC could jeopardize your claim. Attach these documents to your application under the “Police Certificates” section. If possible, also mention any steps you’ve taken to try to get the PCC (emails, appointment records, etc.). This shows you made a reasonable effort. |

Judasiscarriot:And the level of entitlement they have is crazy! Imagine paying $20,000CAD and then confessing online that you paid that money just to get a job after school.
Now they want to kill the only good PNP program in Saskatchewan—the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). The number of people who have moved to the province in the past two years is insane. I was in Saskatoon in January last year, and I remember seeing that many Indians everywhere. Ontario, yes, I understand, but Saskatoon was always a low-key place. Now, everyone wants that program—and I get it. Crazy times, yo! Crazy times. Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/live-in-saskatchewan/by-immigrating/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/browse-sinp-programs/applicants-international-skilled-workers Wishing everyone trying to get PR the best. I hope it all works out for you! |

amnotapervert:More of them will likely to reside in Saskatchewan, now that Saskatchewan immigration minister proposed to extend a 2yrs work permit for those in SINP ,already in the province for more time for PNP PR pathway https://immigrationnewscanada.ca/saskatchewan-work-permit-extension/ |

HELP NEEDED PLEASE Hello everyone, I’ve got an M.A. in Theatre Arts, a B.A. in Literature, and an HND in Business admin. All my work experience is in management. I’m looking to apply for PNP or express entry, but I noticed a lot of them require your education to match the job experience you’re claiming. Does anyone know if I can still go ahead with the application even though my highest degree (MA) does not relate to the field but I have an HND that matches the job. Thank you |

Hi Guys, I have 3+ years of Experience in Software Engineering, with a BSc NOT related to Computer Science. The Bsc is my only qualification in terms of the degree, I am looking to take the BCS Certificate in IT Training. How does this affect my CRS? And my express profile in general?. |

Hello house, Please I just got a request letter for proof that the company exists since they could not do an online verification (the company does not have an online presence) I reached out to the owner of the company to see what proof they could give me and he suggested CAC but the issue with that is the company was not officially registered until 2023 and I stopped work there in 2021. Please is there any other way we could prove the company's existence. Thank you. Also I was paid in cash while I worked there so there is no bank trail. The owner uses his personal account for transactions. All suggestions are welcomed. Thank you all so much |

My bank statement from the time I was working as a pharmacy assistant that’s like 2017-19. Had to get that and reference, confirmations letter from the bank. I hope it does really soon. Tired of refreshing my mail or checking the application tracker😭😭😭😭. Funny I thought If id even get adr it would be about my spouse but alas it was different. God is good though. It will come out in praise JhyMedex: |
