So my power 5s is having issues. The phone can't stay on unless it's plugged. If I unplug it turns off. This all started when my phone fell and it affected the screen. The screen is cracked. What could be the issue please

I have one, but it's not dead, everything is working well except the battery and fingerprint, I have tried to get the battery fixed but I can't seems to find the battery, this Saturday, and engineer tried to help construct another phone battery for it, I got home to charge it, it's showing charging but the battery level not increasing. I will take it back this evening, if it can't be rectified, I will just sell it off as scrap.

I just collected it, the battery is 100%, but since I have been using it, it's still stay at 100% ooh.... Maybe I should just sell it jare, it's only battery, finger print and back case that is bad. All other things are working well. Let me attach pics of it.
